Hi reporter,

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.
I was able to reproduce it on Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04 and MacOSX on both DevEdition Builds and latest Nightly (20181017101626), and can be observed as described, on about:addons/Themes and about:addons/Plugins.

The issue does not seem to reproduce on the latest 62.0.3 Release build (2018100115554
5).
I've added it to Toolkit:Add-ons Manager component, but if this is not the proper component and something like Core:Layout is more appropriate, please feel free to edit it.
