User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:63.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/63.0 Steps to reproduce: After last about:addons changes the layout shows some elements centered others not or not occupying all the width. Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/5Tn1QmY.png Windows 10 - 1920x1080
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0 Build ID: 20181015220336 Hi reporter, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. I was able to reproduce it on Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04 and MacOSX on both DevEdition Builds and latest Nightly (20181017101626), and can be observed as described, on about:addons/Themes and about:addons/Plugins. The issue does not seem to reproduce on the latest 62.0.3 Release build (2018100115554 5). I've added it to Toolkit:Add-ons Manager component, but if this is not the proper component and something like Core:Layout is more appropriate, please feel free to edit it.

When there are no addons the message is centered with 100% width while others objects not: https://i.imgur.com/1BWjKMs.png
