Right Click a Tab.


Actual results:

Reload All Tabs is gone.


Expected results:

Reload All Tabs should be present either in the context menu or under a submenu of "All Tabs".

I was able to reproduce the reported issue with the latest Nightly build(20181019100103) and DevEdition build(20181018193548), on all OS-es.

The option is still available for the latest 62 release build(20181001155545).
