When you mention an issue on GitHub issues an PRs, a reference will be automatically added to the other issue/PR. See https://github.com/mozilla-bteam/bmo/pull/788 for example. I’d like to see the same on Bugzilla. Then the See Also field will be redundant, could be removed if external URLs could be added to the URL field that should accept multiple URLs.

Looks like this is yet another 20-year-old request.
