Hebrew diacrictic vocalisation signs are shown between the hebrew letters,
instead of being superimposed on the letters. See for example that page. If I
remember correct, it used to work properly, or at least better in some Mozilla
0.9? version.

The image in attachment is done with freetype support enabled, but the problem
persists without freetype as well.
