User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:62.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/62.0
Steps to reproduce:
- start Firefox v 62.0.3 (64-bit) with profile A (on Windows 7)
- wait for v63.0 update to appear and be listed in the about dialog (close about dialog)
- start new instance of Firefox with parameters -P -no-remote
- in the profile dialog select profile B and start
(updating Firefox dialog appears)
(Firefox 63.0 starts with profile B)
- open about dialog
It says: v63.0 and has the "Restart to update Firefox" button
- click the "Restart to update Firefox" button
Firefox restarts with profile B, the about dialog still says v63.0 and shows the update button
Actual results:
see above
Expected results:
No "Restart to update Firefox" button when there is no actual update to apply.

Hi David,
Thank you for taking the time to add this report.
I was able to reproduce this issue following the steps provided on Windows 10 and Windows 7.
I was not able to reproduce it on Ubuntu 18.04 or Mac OSX.
I'll add this to Toolkit: Application Update component, but this is not the appropriate component for this issue, please feel free to change it.
