Steps to reproduce:
I use Firefox (63.0, Mac) in Japanese.
1. Open Firefox.
2. Open another window.
3. Try to quit Firefox.
Actual results:
The warning says "%1$S 2 個のウインドウを閉じようとしています。よろしいですか？"
Expected results:
The warning says "2 個のウインドウを閉じようとしています。よろしいですか？"
(So the first "%1$S " is unnecessary.)
