Attachment: Patch to replace addons.mozilla.org with addons.thunderbird.net across seamonkey-project.org

Some pages in SeaMonkey website still contains links to https://addons.mozilla.org/ although now the relevant site is https://addons.thunderbird.net/ . A patch is provided to replace the domain site in (more or less) static pages and in the 2.49.4 release notes (so, when this gets used as template for next great SM version, it already points to the right domain).
