User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 7.0; Mobile; rv:65.0) Gecko/65.0 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to a cbssports.com webpage with a video
2. Close the page


Actual results:

1. Notification shows up with a play/pause button, that cannot be swiped away.
2. The notification persists after closing the tab containing the webpage.


Expected results:

1. Notification shows up with a play/pause button.
2. The notification disappears after closing the tab.

More specifically, the bug only shows up when the video loads but does NOT autoplay.
Consistently reproduced on:
* https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/roar-for-expanded-playoff-field-will-get-loud-if-undefeated-team-left-out-big-12-commish-says/amp/
* https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/battle-tested-buckeyes-next-hurdle-the-return-of-ohio-state-coach-urban-meyer/amp/
* https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/roar-for-expanded-playoff-field-will-get-loud-if-undefeated-team-left-out-big-12-commish-says/amp/
However, the same video as the last link is found on the following website, which autoplays the video and does not have the bug:
* https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/ap-top-25-poll-notre-dame-enters-top-five-florida-makes-a-huge-leap-in-college-football-rankings/

I have 'autoplay media' set to 'block autoplay'
It appears to only reproduce on pages ending in /amp/
