Environment:
Device: Samsung Galaxy S8(Android 8.0.0);
Build: Nightly 65.0a1 (2018-10-25);
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to about: pages, cnn.com, google.com in portrait mode;
2. Change the device into landscape mode;
Expected result: The page is displayed in landscape mode.
Actual result: Landscape mode is not working.

Based on the regression range and that it's some graphics-related issue as well probably a duplicate.
