In bug 1502361 we intend to remove the content blocking toggle from about:privatebrowsing. This might make it harder for users to get back to privacy.trackingprotection.pbmode.enabled=true when they temporary set it to false (not knowing that we would ship an update that removes the UI they used to do that). We should find a way to alert users that this can be done in about:preferences now. We briefly talked about using CFR for this, but we're not sure yet.
