1502639 - Thunderbird 60.2.1 has made dragging emails to another folder really hard

Steps to reproduce:

Ubuntu 16.04 / Mate: mark one or several mails. Drag them via mouse above any folder. The horizontal bars are not transparent any more (as in earlier versions, see screenshot). This makes it really hard to release them over the whished folder. 


Actual results:

Can't see the target folder where to release the dragged mails.


Expected results:

The bars should be transparent again (as it is with Ubuntu 16.04 / Unity).
