As of a recent upgrade, the light theme in both compact and normal
spacing mode is is broken.  The background of the tab bar carries
the same colour as the default theme, except the unselected tabs
don’t show a tab title.

I can't reproduce this on MacOS, so this is probably not theme related, maybe WebRender ?

I can confirm locally that WebRender is the culprit.
