Fixes the bug.

This is a small patch that fixes the bug by using the persist attribute.

Things like this make me wonder if people people actually use bugzilla to search
for bugs half the time.
What's the point of people sending in patches if they just sit there and get
ignored?

Just a victim of choice of summary words. I searched, but had no idea I was
supposed to be looking for "user list" rather than "op, voice & nick" or
"persist" instead of "saved" or "remembered".
