150455 - Drawing error on text of form input box when scrolling with cursors

Text on bugxilla URL: box is redraw incomplete when scrolling screen with
cursor keyes. I will attach picture.
About one line is not drawn from characters. Maybe one pixel line did not
redrawed (after exposed by scrolling.)

If duplicate of bug 150387, then it is not duplicate of 132448.

Maybe duplicate of bug 125018 (but not very likely -- and maybe interpreted
picture wrongly).

how is this different than bug 80530?

scroll + text => off-by-1-pixel.

Hmm. Maybe. bug 80530 was drawing to wrong position. I looked that
this was that  pixelline was not refreshed, but looking closer maybe it
is just drawn to wrong position.
