Expected results: Passwords from old profile should have been carried forward into new version of Thunderbird.
Your screenshot actually doesn't show that passwords were deleted, but we believe you. Wayne, any more reports like this one?

My screenshot was AFTER rolling back to version 52.9.1 I did use Mozbackup for restoring my profile to 52.9.1 but I am having problems with that now too. Windows 10 update has been causing me a lot of issues since October 14th. I believe it was the cause of a complete system crash that resulted in a "Factory Restore" Now using Windows 10 ver 1803 but issues with Thunderbird ver 60.3.0
