If you get a message that your saved POP password is incorrect, mozilla does not
ask you for another password. Instead keeps trying the same password and showing
the same dialogue box. Which means you never know what to do to enter the new
password!

I have to go to password manager and removed the saved passwords. 

Should it not pop up with a dialgue box to ask the user new password instead of
keep trying the old password again and again. Also, a new user may not know
where to enter the new password, if he has not come across the password manager
before.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make a mail account
2.Save password
3.Change the password of the mail account
4. get mail with mozilla
