Steps to reproduce:
Have Nightly 20181107100135 with WebRender enabled
Install latest 20181107220128 update
Restarted Nightly and browsed normally. You will notice artifacts and graphical glitches related to WebRender misbehaving in websites page data and chrome UI
Actual results:
Graphics issues, incomplete text rendering, character blocks everywhere
Expected results:
I should have been browsing normally with no glitches as I did before applying the update

This should be fixed with bug 1505664. Please reopen if you see it with a new nightly.
