[Affected versions]: Tested on Nightly 65.0a1(2018-11-07) [Affected platforms]: Tested on Mac OS 10.12, Ubuntu 16.04 and Windows 10 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Open "Preferences" and go to the "Language" section 2. Choose another language that will be used to display menus, messages, and notifications. In my case I used French. [Expected result]: From this document https://whimsical.co/9V1qpCFyevNajSS4LQVf7c the warning "Restart Browser Browser must restart to enable this feature" should be displayed in old and new language. [Actual result]: The warning is displayed only in the new language.
The fix is currently in review queue in bug 1479013.
