Does this always happen, or only sometimes? Did you also ntoice any strangely behaving/unresponsive tabs when the context menu problems happen? This might be the same issue as described in bug 1506357.

It happens sometimes. At the moment I can long click. It's weird. Sometimes I have unresponsive tabs as well, they just are grey and nothing showing. But it doesn't seem to be linked

And did this only start after the update to Firefox 63?

At least it's the first time I noticed this

Probably the same issue then. The unresponsive tabs are bug 1494748, with any luck fixing that might fix the context menu as well, although it's not yet clear at this stage.
