User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:64.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/64.0

Steps to reproduce:

1.	Enables Mozilla Location Service.
2.	Open n tabs.
3.	Reopen Firefox.


Actual results:

1.	Whether Restore tabs is enabled or not, it always restores n abnormal tabs.
2.	Open a new tab, visit a webpage, then do a long-tap on the link, it always selects the word.


Expected results:

1.	If Restore tabs is enabled, it should restore n normal tabs; if Restore tabs isn't enabled, it should leave a tab which is Homepage.
2.	If we do a long-tap on the link,it should open the contextual menu.

Problem #1 (unresponsive tabs) is a clear duplicate of bug 1494748. I don't think problem #2 (context menu not working) has been reported before and it's not clear whether fixing bug 1494748 would automatically fix the context menu as well, so for now, I'm leaving this bug open for this.

Wontfix for 63 as we are unlikely to have another dot release before 64 ships in 3 weeks from now.

Once the patch from bug 1494748 lands in nightly or in beta, let's test to see if this is also fixed.

I was able to reproduce on Beta 64 and I can confirm the fix on the latest Nightly build (65.0a1 - 2018/11/28), following the steps provided in comment 0.
Devices: Google Pixel(Android 9).
