Just like the summary says. We'd like to actually gather some sort of telemetry about how the prefetch works in the wild, to help inform decisions on whether or not its reasonable to actually push this all the way to release at some point (including how often prefetches are used, why they go unused, why we may decide to not prefetch a particular resource, etc).

Dragana, I don't see any dependencies, but do we want the telemetry in bug 1312057 fixed prior to landing this bug?  If so, that has to be P2 as well and reviewed along with this one.

This bug depends on 1312057. Anyway the person doing this work left mozilla. I am planning to take a look into this whan I find time. This is not a high priority.
