Steps to reproduce:

This is a feature request; my grandfather is 92, and he has had your Thunderbird for years. It would be good if there could be a selection to lock the order arrow and location of the arrow, so people who are like him self don't get confused about what and how the emails are organized, as it is such a small arrow.

As it is such a brilliant program this would make it more stable and friendly to set up for the elderly.

Expected results:

Then his emails will always look the same, he has been using it for at least 5 years and I think this is the one thing that still confuses him.

My apologies I did look, it is hard to search sometimes similar requets and get the wording right sometimes.
