Steps to reproduce: Install Thunderbird 64.0b1, create a new profile, set up an email account. Open Agenda in a tab, go to File > New > Calendar > On the Network > CalDav, fill in calendar address in "Location", give a name to the new calendar, select the corresponding email address > click "Continue", then click "Done". A "Authentication Required" drop-down windows appears: fill in username and password, search for the checkbox "Use Password Manager remember this password" but there isn't any checkbox, so click "OK". The new calendar will be finished and its events will be displayed in the week pane of the calendar tab. Actual results: At each restart Thunderbird will ask for the calendar username and password. Fill them in the drop-down window, again there won't be any checkbox to remember the password. Click "OK", the calendar events will be displayed. Open the Thunderbird Preferences in a tab, try to select a category, it's impossible since the tab is frozen. To use the Preferences tab again, you'll have to disable Lightning and restart Thunderbird. Expected results: When the "Authentication Required" window is displayed, there should be a checkbox to have the Password Manager remember username and password as it has been the case in earlier Thunderbird versions ans has been lately in Thunderbird 63.0b1. The categories in the Preferences tab should not freeze.
