clicking on the pocket url bar icon gives me multiple icon weirdness

STR:
- log into pocket
- go to a page
- save it to pocket by clicking the pocket icon in the URL bar
Expected result:
- page is saved to pocket
- icon turns red
- popup to add tags, etc
Actual result:
Same as expected, except I see many pocket icons in the URL bar (see screenshot)
