I'm reasonably sure that when you got "review requested" emails, there used to be a link to the splinter review. Nowadays, there's no link, but the vestiges of one, as though the appropriate template has a bug. e.g. I see this in a recent email: Attachment 9025740 [details] [diff]: part 6.
