Details
PaymentRequestService has ChangeShippingAddress and ChangeShippingOption methods that are used to update the internal state of the payment request as well as dispatch their related events. For bug 1477113 to dispatch the event from the front-end, we will need the complementary work in PaymentRequestService, as well as PaymentRequestManager and PaymentRequestParent.
