Currently it's not possible to dynamically change the container used for a load during the load. Once a tab has been created it is stuck within its container and cannot change. This has head addons such as our own Facebook Container to implement this by creating a new containerized tab while the load is in progress. At the platform level, we should make this possible. To make it reliable, we'll probably want it to happen in the same place we do process selection logic, so I'm marking that issue as blocking this one.

Dupe of bug 1473981, though Nika is no longer sure if allowing container changes during a load is a good idea.
