This causes the shield icon to appear on youtube.com currently. This is also incompatible with our tracking protection rules. The reason behind this is that we don't use the channel's third-party tracking flags in the anti-tracking backend.

This makes a difference for doubly nested trackers that are embedded under the same top-level tracker, with a third-party origin in the middle, as the test case in this commit has set up things. The test case here fails without the code changes.
