15098 - Next/Next Unread doesn't scroll thread pane below split bar.

Using 1999092809m11 on linux 6.0, NT 4.0 and Mac OS 8.5.1

When navigating to the next message or next unread message, the message is
selected in the thread pane and contents displayed in the message pane (if it's
open), but the thread pane doesn't scroll down to the selected message if that
selection falls below the thread/message pane split bar/separator.

1.  In messenger window open a mail folder which has several messages.
2.  Mark a couple messages unread at the bottom of the thread pane/message list.
3.  Select the message at the top of the thread pane.
4.  Move the split bar upward past the point of the unread messages.
5.  (Selection is still on first message in thread pane) Click Next button.
Result:  thread pane doesn't scroll past the split bar to show the newly
selected message.
