At the moment the code is enabled on Android x86 but it seems to crash during initialization, see bug 1510301.

Note that in bug 1507709 we ended up not shipping the API on Android, Kris told me via IRC it would be better to ship the API if there is a deliberate decision to do so from the Android team.

I've also spoken to Florian and he noted that profiling on Android works different anyway, so there may not be much of a need to ship the WebExtensions API.

If you do decide to ship it, please see v1 of the D12100 and move the prefs to all.js. A heads up for the Thunderbird team would be great so we can adapt accordingly.
