User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:65.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/65.0

Steps to reproduce:

In Nightly,
- enable the menu toolbar
- enable the bookmarks toolbar
- move the bookmarks toolbar items to the right of the menu bar

Actual results:

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9028710
The top of the menu bar items text and the top of the bookmark items is aligned, thus the text itself (the bookmark folder labels) is not aligned.

Expected results:

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=9028709
The bottom of the menu bar items text and the bottom of the bookmark items labels is aligned, which looks a lot tidier.

Hello,

Would be nice to get this fixed after more than 2 years of no progress and issue persisting in 83.
It is not only the bookmarks toolbar but also minimize, maximize and close button, if the title bar is disabled.
These are vertically aligned in the middle but the menu toolbar on the top.
It just looks ugly, shouldn't be that complicated to fix?

Regards
