Steps to reproduce:
Install Ubuntu 18.04 or 18.10
Install firefox 64 or 65 nightly
Download a file (best would be a large file to have a longer download time)
Click the download indicator on the right top
Click on "show all downloads"
Click on one of the download rows
Actual results:
See that the progressbar color is exactly the same color as the selected row no matter what theme you select
Expected results:
The selected row and the progress of the progressbar should have a different color

Hi,
Thank you for the feedback and for taking the time to report this.
I can reproduce the issue or on Ubuntu 18.04 using the latest Nightly 65.0a1 Build ID: 20181206214149, indeed the color of the download progress bar is the same as the selected download row.
Assigning a component to involve the development team also.
