Steps to reproduce:

Working locally. On Desktop. Dev Edition is default browser. Opened local page into browser. Full size. Clicked on ResponsiveDesignMode link in context menu. 


Actual results:

Page goes to <New Tab> and eliminates my local address. Shows white screen. Address bar is empty. Insert addy and page goes to full screen width with the page loading as it should. But, when RDM is activated, I get blank screen in RDM device area. Can change device sizes and still get same results.


Expected results:

Page should have been displayed in RDM as was normal in earlier versions.
