Steps to reproduce:

Enable dark mode in macOS mojave
open "Library" window with ⌘+⇧+B (command+shift+B)
full screen the window (⌘+⇧+F) and mouse up to the top to show the window controls
open "about firefox" window
open "open file" dialog
open "print" dialog
open "emoji & symbols picker"


Actual results:

All of these elements are still rendered in light mode


Expected results:

all elements should be dark

I believe that this issue is a duplicate of Bug 1432725.
