The tooltip for the new button "Open a new tab" appears but the icon does not.
Reversely, for the close button, the button is there but not the tooltip.

See bug 112769. I checked those images in without specifying they're binary,
with the result of them getting corrupted when cvs pulled and thus not
displaying. Should be fixed tomorrow.
