Brief description of the request:

* This is a tracking bug for me to keep track of all the tasks and requests associated with crossfunctional effort to move newtab/home to the pocket team and enable them to quickly launch experiments
* my role is to provide data science support (in conjunction with the pocket data team), specifically I will be responsible for the browser usage side of the experiments
