It would be very useful to have the ability to not allow certain plug-ins  to be
loaded. I don't want to use the flash plugin in Mozilla, but I keep it in my
Netscape Communicator install for certain sites that I might wish to see. The
scan for plugins in Mozilla though picks up the npswf32.dll file and loads it. I
still want the scanning ability, but I want to be able to disable specific plugins.
