Details

Currently, there is a yellow notice that appears at the top of Bugzilla pages ("Are you away from your Bugmail over the end-of-year holidays? Put an 'away' notice in your 'real name' field."). There was one a few weeks ago, too, about a scheduled downtime. These notices take up valuable vertical screen real estate. They should have a close button to dismiss them, or something like that.
