The ability to search only open tabs from the location bar is basically undiscoverable right now -- this seems like a nice way to introduce it to users.

I have reproduced this bug with Nightly 66.0a1 (2018-12-22) on ManjaroLinux 18.0.1, 64 Bit!

This bug's fix is verified with the latest Nightly!

No, I don't think so, since the search feature isn't new this bug basically just added a menu entry.
