+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1513284 +++
Currently the crash reporter is disabled by default on Windows AArch64 builds but in my testing it seems to be working correctly - at least for main process crashes - so we should turn it on and start gathering crash reports from our nightly users.
