The following started up early on Saturday: nagios-releng-mdc1: Mon 07:29:40 UTC [8001] [Unknown] wsus02.ad.mozilla.com:Windows Memory is WARNING: WARNING: physical memory: Total: 8G - Used: 7.26G (90%) - Free: 761M (10%) > warning (http://m.mozilla.org/Windows+Memory) The server is available by ping but I'm unable to access it to investigate further. Memory has been flapping from 00:00 PDT to present (23:58 PDT).

Finally got an instance of this happening live this morning . It looks like the local SQL server database is pegging when the WSUS service is re-indexing the updates and statuses .

I am going to compact the db and reboot the system. We may need to plan prophylactic reboots.

System looks good and I am not seeing memory creep. I will open a separate bug to automate the trim and reboot and add nagios planned downtime.
