Why do comment headers shrink when scrolling down? The background is shining through.

It drives my crazy for some weeks now. :D
At first I wanted to file a WebRender bug about it. It looks dirty.

I don’t think this a bug in Bugzilla itself. Moving to the right component for triaging.

It might be an optical illusion: Maybe the space the background is shining through is always the same height, but looks larger when the background becomes darker.

padding-bottom: 1px; of .comment
and
margin: 1px 0 0 0; of .comment-text
are causing this. If you uncheck both, things look consistent.
Or was it intentional that the background is shining through this way?
