Steps to reproduce:
Could you allow users to do tab operations on the alltabs menu? (AKA treating the list there as actual tabs; for example right clicking a tab listed there would display the options as if the user was right clicking a normal tab and if they use they key modifiers for selection select tabs from there and do stuff in bulk like in the normal tab strip)
