356980 - Tab context menu should be available from all tabs menu

The items under the "List All Tabs" menu in FF2 RC3 cannot do anything except select a tab. It should be possible to middle-click an item to close that tab, or right-click it to produce menu items that say "select" and "close". Other possible menu items are "move to top" or "move to bottom". It should also be possible to drag the menu items up and down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the "List All Tabs" button.
2. Middle-click on one of the items.
3. Right-click on one of the items.

Actual Results:  
1. The menu opens.
2. Nothing happens.
3. Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
1. The menu opens.
2. Middle-clicking on an item closes the corresponding tab.
3. A popup menu should open, containing commands described above.

Did this get fixed at some point and then regress?

In Firefox 3.6.28, Steps 1 and 3 (right-click) result in the "New Tab...Close Tab" context menu.

In Firefox 14.0.1, on the other hand, Steps 1 and 3 result in the "Menu Bar...Customize" context menu.

Sorry to tag you dao but I noticed this request is 12 years old now and it still gets pointed when someone requests something similar so it seems to still be valid somehow. Does this ever get a Priority number like bugs do or how are this requests tackled do we ever get a yes/no answer? Is there a place to discuss this or bring attention to it in a way that can it would be useful and maybe considered for implementation? Thank you.

I have managed to reproduce this issue using Firefox 74.0a1 (BuildId:20200116214549).

This issue is verified fixed using Firefox 75.0b5 (BuildId:20200317211402) on Windows 10 64bit, macOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04 64bit.

Context menu is now available for the tab manager menu items and all the available options are functional.
