Device: iPad Mini 4
iOS: 12.1.3b4

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Settings -> Home -> Top Sites
  2. Select '4' rows

Actual results:

  • Top Sites are displayed on 3 rows.

Expected results:

  • Top Sites are displayed on 4 rows.

Note:

  • When selecting 3 rows to be displayed, Top Sites will not be displayed on 3 full rows.
