Bug 1519918 fixes the DOM parts of an intermittent leak, but not all of it (the rest is covered by bug 1520062). If the former lands but not the latter, we should update the whitelist, because the latter leak is much smaller.

Thanks to bug 1517600, the white lists in another directory can also be removed.

Some other bugs fixed the leaks in these directories, so the white
lists can be removed.

I was able to run these directories locally without any leaks (with the patch from bug 1517600).
