This test may be just very slow on instrumented builds like Linux x64 asan. We can probably disable it there.

Andreea, where can I get a list of all the failures associated with this file to confirm they only occur on those builds?

These tests are very resource intensive on instrumented builds because they open and close pages with many DOM nodes several times, and this may result in intermittent timeouts.
