The localized string This Firefox is being added in toolbox.properties in the scope of Bug 1506784.
At the same time we are already using it in aboutdebugging (which uses Fluent and ftl file).
To avoid duplicating the localization and risking to have inconsistent names, we should only define a base string in toolbox.properties and reuse it form about:debugging
