Steps to reproduce:
Enable dark appearance on Mac OS Mojave (system preferences -> general -> appearance -> "Dark")
Enable the title bar in Firefox (right click in toolbar -> customize -> "Title Bar" checkbox at bottom left)
Actual results:
Title bar does not respect OS setting
Expected results:
Title bar should be dark, respecting OS setting
