All windows with an active titlebar show it still in light color with the default theme of Firefox even with the dark mode on MacOS 10.14 enabled. The screenshot shows the about window, but this still applies to the browser window too if the titlebar gets enabled.

The problem exists with other titlebars as well. For example, Devtools -> Browser console

In bug 1582603 comment 0, jrt also noticed the right-click menu remains light.

This will be fixed once bug 1623686 is fixed. You can try it today by flipping widget.macos.respect-system-appearance
to true.
